How plans work

Preview device reports free. Your first successful payment for the $10 CAD/month ($100/year) or $15 CAD/month ($150/year) plan unlocks report downloads permanently on the same CaIoT account, even after cancellation. Free and the $5 CAD plan do not qualify. No separate report fee or bonus-minute credit.
Manage your subscription from the website or desktop app using the same Google account. Stripe shows effective dates, taxes and any proration before confirmation. Cancel to return to Free at the end of the paid term; lifetime report access remains unlocked.
What counts as a minute
Connected internet time uses the sharing account’s minutes, not the viewer’s. Waiting for a viewer does not count. Time is metered in whole minutes; the final partial minute rounds up when the session ends. Local USB and same-network sessions do not use remote minutes.
One shared pool
Your monthly minutes are shared across every remote service on your plan. A free account can use its 250 minutes on Android, Desktop or Camera.
Monthly reset, no rollover
Included minutes reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, including on annual plans. Unused included minutes do not roll over. Administrator-added credits are separate and carry forward until used.
When minutes run out
The remote session ends and new internet sessions are blocked until minutes are available. Core local tools keep working. There are no automatic overage charges; upgrade or contact support for more minutes.
Devices and sessions
Use any of your phones, tablets, TVs and PCs, with no device limit. One remote session can be active at a time per account.
Annual billing and renewal
Annual plans are charged once a year: $50, $100 or $150 CAD plus tax, the price of 10 months. They renew yearly until you cancel.
